What we hold, and what we never see.
Dragonfly Technologies builds tools that run inside your own Microsoft 365. Your business records stay there. This page says exactly what that means, and what little we do hold.
The short version
Our applications run in your browser and talk directly to your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Your agreements, tickets, projects and customer records are created in your SharePoint, under your Microsoft account, governed by your retention and security settings. Apart from the exception below, Dragonfly operates no server that receives them, and no Dragonfly account is a member of your tenant. We cannot read your records, and we cannot produce them if someone asks us to.
There is one exception, and we would rather say it here than bury it: Premium's AI features. When one of your people uses one, the text that request needs leaves your tenant: it goes from their browser through Dragonfly's server to Microsoft Azure OpenAI, in Microsoft's East US 2 region. Lite has no AI features and sends nothing. Per product:
- Agreement Tracker Premium. AI contract review sends the text of the document being reviewed. The Document Inbox sends a queued document's text when someone opens that queued item. AI fill on the import page sends the text pasted into it, with the document types, statuses and renewal actions the tracker uses and the department names already on your list.
- Ticket Tracker Premium. AI triage sends one ticket's subject and opening message, up to about 6,000 characters, when a handler asks for a suggestion on that ticket. AI fill on the import page sends the export pasted into it, with instructions that name your queue addresses.
- Dragonfly CRM Premium. AI on request sends one deal's fields and its timeline, including any captured mail and meeting activities, when an Editor asks for a summary, a next step or a score. Mailbox and calendar capture runs inside your tenant and sends nothing to Dragonfly.
- Project Tracker Premium. AI import sends the runbook text an Editor pastes, with instructions built from your board: the phase names, categories and owner values already in use, which can include people's names. Plan my day sends that Editor's own My day list, at most 60 tasks, each with only its task ID, title, project name, due date, status and the IDs of the tasks it blocks or waits on; it sends no one's name and nothing is saved.
Nothing is sent automatically or on a schedule; a person asks each time. Dragonfly stores none of the text and none of the answers, only a daily count of requests so the service cannot be run up without limit. Microsoft keeps prompts and responses for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, in the same region, and does not use them to train models. Each product's Premium data-processing document gives the detail, and you will have read it before you buy.
Who we are
DRAGONFLY TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company trading as Dragonfly Technologies, of Louisville, Kentucky, United States. We are the data controller for the information described below. For anything on this page, including a request about your own data, write to [email protected].

That is the whole list. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not build profiles.
What we do not collect
The contents of your agreements, tickets, projects, contacts, deals, files or mail. Those are created and stored in your Microsoft 365 tenant. The application reads them into your browser, using your own Microsoft sign-in, and writes them back. Outside Premium's AI features, described above, nothing passes through us.
This is a design decision, not a policy promise: apart from those AI requests, there is no Dragonfly server in the path to change our minds about.
Who else is involved
We keep this list short on purpose. Each of these is a company we rely on to operate, and each is bound by its own terms:

If you buy Premium and your people use its AI features, one more provider is involved: Microsoft Azure OpenAI, in the East US 2 region, which sees the text each request sends, as listed above. Each product's Premium data-processing document says exactly what is sent and what is kept, and you will have read it before you buy.
Your Microsoft sign-in
You sign in with your existing work account. We never see, receive or store your password or your second factor; that exchange is between you and Microsoft. The application receives a token that lets it act as you, for the time that token lasts, and only within the permissions your own administrator approved and your own SharePoint permissions allow. A viewer stays a viewer.
Your rights
For the data in the table above, you may ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days.
For everything inside your own tenant, you do not need us: it is already yours. Export it, keep it, delete it, or hand it to someone else, without asking our permission and without our involvement.
If the agreement ends
Your records stay where they have always been, in your tenant, intact. We stop serving the application, so the interface stops working; nothing is taken away from you. See the terms for what that looks like in practice.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and carries no analytics. The applications use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences, such as whether you chose the light or dark appearance. That stays in your browser and never reaches us.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so to customers in writing rather than quietly editing the page and hoping.
