What we hold, and what we never see.
Dragonfly Technologies builds tools that run inside your own Microsoft 365. Your business records stay there. This page says exactly what that means, and what little we do hold.
The short version
Our applications run in your browser and talk directly to your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Your agreements, tickets, projects and customer records are created in your SharePoint, under your Microsoft account, governed by your retention and security settings. Dragonfly operates no server that receives them, and no Dragonfly account is a member of your tenant. We cannot read your records, and we cannot produce them if someone asks us to.
There is one exception, and we would rather say it here than bury it: Premium AI contract review sends the text you select to an AI provider for analysis. It is optional, it is off unless you buy it, and it is described separately before you buy.
Who we are
DRAGONFLYTECHNOLOGIES LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company trading as Dragonfly Technologies, of Louisville, Kentucky, United States. We are the data controller for the information described below. For anything on this page, including a request about your own data, write to [email protected].
What we actually collect

That is the whole list. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not build profiles.
What we do not collect
The contents of your agreements, tickets, projects, contacts, deals, files or mail. Those are created and stored in your Microsoft 365 tenant. The application reads them into your browser, using your own Microsoft sign-in, and writes them back. Nothing passes through us.
This is a design decision, not a policy promise: there is no Dragonfly server in the path to change our minds about.
Who else is involved
We keep this list short on purpose. Each of these is a company we rely on to operate, and each is bound by its own terms:

If you buy Premium AI contract review, one more provider is involved, and that document names it, says what is sent, and says what is kept. You will have read it before you buy.
Your Microsoft sign-in
You sign in with your existing work account. We never see, receive or store your password or your second factor; that exchange is between you and Microsoft. The application receives a token that lets it act as you, for the time that token lasts, and only within the permissions your own administrator approved and your own SharePoint permissions allow. A viewer stays a viewer.
Your rights
For the data in the table above, you may ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days.
For everything inside your own tenant, you do not need us: it is already yours. Export it, keep it, delete it, or hand it to someone else, without asking our permission and without our involvement.
If the agreement ends
Your records stay where they have always been, in your tenant, intact. We stop serving the application, so the interface stops working; nothing is taken away from you. See the terms for what that looks like in practice.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and carries no analytics. The applications use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences, such as whether you chose the light or dark appearance. That stays in your browser and never reaches us.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so to customers in writing rather than quietly editing the page and hoping.
